“Terrible customer service they cancelled my room the day of while we were driving then stated it was Expedia that over booked us. Nothing was done to accommodate us we had to drive 40 mins from this location NOTHING was available for late night arrivals. Terrible customer service no accountability just oh well. We drove 5 hours to be sent away. ”

“Place was awesome-very old Florida vibe. Fantastic location and very tidy. Would have loved a fan option. The only reason 3 stars is our neighbors were obnoxiously drunk, so only a few hours of sleep. Had we not shared a common area, would have probably been fine. Will try staying again b/c place was super cozy-just bad neighbors.”

“All in all it was a good stay despite some of the minor issues that can be fixed with some training and maintenance requests. The elevator was extremely slow, and having one ice machine for the entire hotel was something that needs to be addressed immediately. The hotel upkeep was ultimately great. The hotels also ask for how many people would be in my stay but didn’t accommodate all people initially with sheets blankets pillows and extra towels. If it asks how many people it should cover all...

“Massimo dei voti. Resort immerso in una mini cittadina chiusa al traffico esterno. Il mare è a un miglio e mettono a disposizione la navetta per raggiungerlo, cosi come per andare a baytowne dove ci sono negozi e ristoranti . Il plus sono quello che ottieni grazie alla resort fees giornaliera di 20 dollari: 4 ore di bicicletta, una di tennis e una di kayak. Il paradiso”

“The hotel was beautiful and in an area that is gated and quiet. The front desk staff are the rudest people I have ever met. Be prepared to be talked to like you’re dumb. The valet staff is amazing and courteous. Front desk needs tons of training. ”
