“Hyatt Place at San Destin is a great alternative from the big resort style locations. Their customer service and hospitality were far superior to other places in the area. Our room was clean and spacious. The complimentary breakfast included a variety of hot/cold options for all ages. The hotel also has a happy hour from 5-7, that includes great food & drink options at $4-$6. The hotel is in a great location: close to outlets, beaches, and restaurants. I will definitely recommend Hyatt...

“The property was nice and the pool was clean, there was some things about the room that could use some improvement. Keriug coffee makers are a travelers best friend! The standard coffee pot the host is providing, filters with coffee should be provided is a standard!! I would be happy to purchase a box of pods. Can we be real on the toilet paper? 1 roll? I was there 3 days for 2 people, I purchased more and left it I hope the next guest will use it because no one should ever have to bring more...

One concern that appeared to be shared by several guests was the wait time for the elevator, which could be quite lengthy at times. Additionally, the room would benefit from improved lighting, as it felt somewhat dim. Despite these minor issues, I had a positive experience and would consider staying here again.”
