“Have stayed there several times. Right now it’s under some renovations and things aren’t up to par. Hot and cold water in bathroom sink was in reverse. The shower took 15 minutes to get hot water. The tub didn't drain. Things were clean enough, towels were super soft. Check in was fine with a nice lady who helped carry luggage to the second floor as my request for first floor room wasn't honored. Checkout was poor with a virtual person on a screen. “This hotel has a really friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean, location is quiet at night (even if close to the highway), convenient, lots of parking, and the breakfast has something for everyone. We travel to Auburn for work very often, and this hotel is a great choice. My only feedback: if you want housekeeping services, you have to request by 8am. Most mornings, I forget, or the front desk is busy, and I need to get to the office. Many times I am staying here for 4 or 5 nights. In...
