“After a 7 1/2 hour drive I went to check in and the woman behind the counter was on the phone… for 10 minutes and was never acknowledged. Finally when she did she told me the pool and hot tub were not working although both were filled. We drove all that way a day early for our tournament so the girls could enjoy the pool and have down time. I was very disappointed and was told if I want to complain I need to contact Expedia not them 😳. Needless to say next year I’ll be staying elsewhere.”

“This is an old hotel right on the Ohio River with river views from the lobby and lounge. The rooms were clean and bright with good amenities. A refrigerator would be a welcome addition but there wasn't a lot of space to add one in the room we stayed in. The town was the launch point for settlers into the "Great Northwest Territory" so there is a lot of history here with riverboats as a central theme. “Staff was super friendly and the breakfast had a nice variety. Detailed cleanliness could use some finessing and they did not have enough towels at the pool no matter the time of day. Would still stay again. We love the location and the restaurants that surround the property.”
