“Breakfast was ok and the staff was great rooms was clean and well taking care of beds to me was hard as a rock and the ac froze you out of the room which was great in my opinion”

“The customer service at this location is absolutely horrible. The front desk refused to honor an earlier booking I made. I waited several hours in the lobby until rebooking. So I was forced to pay again for a room already paid for. In the meantime I have not receive a refund for the original booking. The manager said there was nothing she could do to assist me other than cancel my original booking.”

“After 30+ years of staying on the island, this is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. At check-in, we were told the property was nonsmoking. We got our keys and walked around the corner only to be hit in the face with a smell that would be comparable to being at a Willie Nelson concert. The hallway carpet is extremely nasty and the elevator closest to the front desk smelled as though someone had been living in it for months without bathing. We found a second elevator that we used after...
