Even when we got into our room, out TV screen had a welcome message specifically addressed to me by name. While it is a little thing, it certain made me feel welcome. “Giving them the benefit of the doubt as much of the first floor was being renovated. In my room the bathroom sink was cracked, toilet paper holder falling off the wall, wall paper torn. Breakfast items were cold as we got there at 9 am, maybe we got there too late. I will say the 3 different front desk people throughout our stay were great! Pool was refreshing after a hot day at the air show.”
