“The hallway smelled like urine on the 6th floor. The room furnace filter was completely clogged with dust. Had breathing problems on arrival to room. This was changed at midnight after complaining and taking the long long walk down to the front desk to ask them to open a window. He told me that was the way new filters looked. I said thats not true. They brought new filter and air purifier to room. Staff member removed filthy dirty filter and confirmed he smelled urine in the hallway and that no...

“I like the staff. The beds are very high for a Short person the shampoo and condiciones only one for 3 days. In room 208 the bathroom sink was plugged. They have a barbacue but no propane and they were unable to provide one both propane tanks were empty.”
