“I like the location, room conditions is ok. However the room needs maintenance, the toilet light was flickering and turn off on its own. The shower handle popped out in the middle of showering for my little one. The on suite shower room is low is height, I have to bend my head to suit a fix shower head which is less than 1.8m. “Room was great - comfortable, clean and spacious. Reception staff were welcoming and accommodating. Location was close by to our reasons for staying.
Criticisms- whilst my dietary requirement was catered for at breakfast, it was done so with an air of annoyance as if I had a choice (I wish I didn't have my condition) pending which chef was on and how busy/understaffed the restaurant was.
This could have been easily resolved in my case if the scrambled eggs didn't have cream in it or if fried...
