“Our stay was a deluxe cabin. Check in was easy and is all online. There isn’t an office or staff on site. The grounds are peaceful and each unit has its own little spot. The cabin was in great condition, was very clean, and had everything we needed, including some kitchen amenities that made the room more enjoyable. “Good but overpriced. While rated a 5 star something is lacking. The food is mediocre at best and they seem to be trying to appeal to “foodies” rather than relying on tried and true favorites. I am surprised this hotel made the Auberge collection. ”

“Not as advertised. Pool closed. Apartment had broken furniture, including the desk office chair, that my 5 year old sat in the night we arrived that literally fell over because multiple feet were bent.. Apartment is right next to trash room. Hallway smelled of narcotics and apartment had strong cleaning chemical smell. Cheap pack and play, no crib as advertised. Couch full of stains. Unit was dirty upon arrival. including someone elses hair in one of the showers. Oven still had old food...
