Hotel di lusso a Southwest Orlando

“Resort comodo per visitare gli Universal , se dormi qui hai di default express lane per alcune attrazioni. Parcheggio comodo sia il self che con valet, cibo.....solito americano, se piace si mangia bene !. Per il resto classico resort americano, sopravvalutato con un prezzo non adeguato a cio che viene offerto. A poca distanza ci sono diversi motel ad 1/3 del prezzo ”

“Check in was very efficient, plenty of staff, GIgi was excellent and answered any questions we had. Great property, but very, very busy and a little tired looking in places, Room was clean and comfortable, with a great view. Jake’s bar was provided excellent dining options and service was exceptional with delicious food. The fast passes saved us hours of questing and were valid on the day of check in - park opening until the day of check out - park closing, ”

“Good, not great. Pool was very dirty with leaves and other debris floating each time we visited. We had to switch rooms on night 1 of our stay and received an automated text message with incorrect information as the only direction to our new room. Hotel has 2 towers and we were on our own to figure it out. Didn't get settled in until past midnight and we were on our own to figure out where we were supposed to be going. TV in the room kept going in and out, but we didn't even bother calling about...
