“I have stayed at hotels offering free breakfasts before, but by comparison, those free breakfasts couldn't hold a candle to what ChefRobert at the Holiday Day Inn Express BDL, put on! The eggs were fresh, cooked to perfection, the bacon fresh, crisp perfect! In fact, everything was excellent and beyond expectations! Hats off to Robert, for an excellent culinary experience”

I arrived to check in and there weren’t any rooms available! I asked how and she just said we ain’t got no rooms….I had to scramble to find a place to stay that weekend! Will never return or recommend!”

“We had a great stay at Baldwin Inn & Suites. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always. The location was very convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shopping. Our room was huge, giving us plenty of space to move around. The beds were very comfortable, and we slept great. The room was also clean. Overall, this hotel offered exactly what we needed for an affordable price. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the area.”

“Bed was too small smaller then frame has a 100 dollar deposit that they don’t mention when booked front staff was unhelpful barley has put let’s. Vending machine drinks were HOT.”

“No pool, breakfast came out later than posted time for Continental breakfast. Ac wasnt working when went to front desk was told it couldn't be fixed and they jad no other accommodations so i checked out early”

“The location was convenient for our needs. It was quiet. The listing did not let you know that you had to leave your room for your “private “ bath. The listing stated there was air conditioning, there was a fan. Wayne was friendly and personable.”

“Our room was clean and comfortable but we had several issues with the bathroom. Saturday morning we reported that the toilet seat was loose, the bathroom sink was not draining and that the shower doors would not stay shut. We were told it would be taken care of by the time we returned. The toilet seat was fastened but nothing else was addressed. No room service with fresh towels, coffee pod refills or tissues since there were only 2 in the box. I mentioned the remaining 2 issues at...
