“This was my first time for staying at this property. It was a great experience. Dave was great at communications and accommodations. If you don't have a car there, great options to walk to and the beach is directly at the end of the block. We had a car, and Dave made the parking and accessibility very convenient. “Hotel was in a great location, 1/2 block from the beach. Our room was clean, comfortable easy check in and check out, convenient no charge parking. Pool area is wonderful. Hotel is dated but well maintained. If you’re looking for a modern facility you might be disappointed in this facility. That being said we enjoyed our stay and will likely return to this location. ”

“Sono andata in questo hotel dietro consiglio di una guida. L'aspetto dell'hotel è molto bello e ricco di storia, è un vero e proprio simbolo a St.Pete. Purtroppo peró siamo rimasti molto delusi in primis dalla camera, troppo piccola considerando sia il prezzo che l'esclusività dell'hotel e anche gli standard americani a cui eravamo abituati. Il bagno era davvero imbarazzante... non potevamo usarlo contemporaneamente ma solo a turni. L'accoglienza è stata fredda e ci sentivamo solo un numero.....
