“very well thought out the only issue I have is that it is still PEAK season and sufficient working staff is a little short handed so service at peak times is slower than normal but what they do have is a compassion too deliver satisfactory service. Expedia itself needs too be a little better with negotiating better rooms for continuous loyal users of Expedia when upgrades and room changes are necessary.”

“This property was very unique in it's lack of staff. Both check in and check out were automated (on a tablet outside). Check in was a bit cumbersome in that I had to enter a lot of information (check out was much easier). There was a very tiny "guest services" area with items for sale (snacks as well as some health and beauty aids) but no person present there, I had to scan and pay for items myself, which was easy. “Despite being booked for a handicap accessible room, I was given a standard room. In addition the bathtub didn’t hold water and I was told they would have someone come look at it the next day, no one ever came despite me reminding them. At checkout I was informed they were never coming during my stay, wouldn’t be coming until Monday, so why lie to me?! I normally enjoy staying at this hotel, but this visit wasn’t up to normal standards and the front desk guy was unhelpful and lackluster in...
