“Wonderfull staff. Real helpful in changing a date (our error) when we booked a second night. Unfortunately, Hotels.com we had trouble understanding the agent we spoke with and communication was really difficult. After an hour plus with help of Cathy, desk clerk at Hotel Bethany Beach we finally were able to get date changed on reservation. The kindness of all the staff to make your stay is superb. “Staying here with a pet was made easy by the staff and areas to walk my dog. The staff was very friendly and helpful, from check in to check out. The only issue I had was that the refrigerator did not keep food cold or even cool. The staff offered to have someone look at it but i declined. My wife is funny about people in the room.”
