“I love Fairfield layout. The room is very comfortable, two televisions helped a lot with our grandson around. Breakfast is excellent and the staff were very professional and friendly. My only complaint is that the internet was out for a whole day.”

“Very clean rooms, friendly staff, and being able to have breakfast right there at the hotel saved us time and money. Definitely would stay there again!”

“Hotel was clean for the most part. Our shower had hair on the ceiling from another occupant not in our group. The night shift employee at the desk was rude and unapproachable and acted like she didnt want to work or help anyone. (We checked in late) It was our first time visiting Bethany Beach and I think we will stick to your neighbor Rehoboth.”

“Staying in a refurbished Lighthouse was unique experience. The rooms are essentially pie shaped with an inviting beach theme. The bed was very comfortable and I loved having 6 full sized pillows. Our fridge was stocked every morning with fruit, OJ, complimentary muffins, and yogurt. There were also various beverages and water. There was a keurig in the room as well as at the coffee bar in the Common room. Outside the Common room is a long porch which faced the bay, and was wonderful to relax...

“The bathroom shower kept clogging and would not drain. Housekeeping is only by request, not a daily service. They put a small bowl of the same kind of small muffins out in the morning, and no refills once they were gone. The parking is very limited and small, not guaranteed as advertised. No ramps. The ice machine had loose scoops that kept falling, making it unsanitary for others—no beach towels for guests.”

“There were two particular staff members (women) that seemed racist never smiled at us and seemed to never know an answer to my questions she just wasn’t pleasant to be around her energy was off and unkind. But when I saw her check in another couple she was all smiles and very helpful to them. Everyone else was nice and very helpful.”

“Atlantic Oceanside Dewey INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING staff is friendly enough, but they will NOT! answer any questions whatsoever. About Multiple hidden fees which go unexplained.(when I asked for an itemized bill, they could not furnish that for some reason they weren’t allowed to use the printer.?) Dirty rooms with no view ,Dirty pool , and filthy restaurant. I would not reccomend .”
