Andy, the host, was very responsive and flexible with check in and check out times which we greatly appreciated since family was traveling on different days and times. “The Magnolia House is an excellent property conveniently located to everything. Great neighborhood for walking, with many historical homes and Squares along the way. It’s far enough away from the crowds downtown and on River Street, but also close enough to drive, or walk. Free parking in front was a bonus because almost everywhere else you have to pay to park. “Had a little bit of an issue with getting in. The code was not working but it didn’t take too long to get a response back. House was beautiful. Amazing location and if you park across the street from the house it was free parking on that side. Plenty of space for my family and I. Pull out bed was very comfortable and house was nice a cool. Kitchen fully stocked for all your cooking needs. Trash cans outside were a little challenging to get to because of the car that was parked but the gate...
