“Amazing hotel! 100% recommend.”

“The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Having free parking is wonderful, outside and in the garage. The room overall smelled and appeared clean but the bathroom bathtub could have been cleaner, it was like slightly grey as if there was build up dirt. Also, the cleaning policy is every other day which is ok but I had to ask them to clean because they didn't even when they were suppose to. And the area is pretty quiet so it's good if you don't like noise. Overall I would give the place a 3.5”

“Clean but dated rooms. Staff is ok just do the bare minimum. Staff at the food service is awful. They complain about other guests openly. Front desk ( Kevin is useless) not much help on information. Got more from guests. There is a free trolley line right next to the hotel. Beach chairs and umbrellas are at a fee. pool side get there early. The chicken tenders are amazing!! Patty the cleaning woman was the most helpful and always a smile on her face. Always happy to help or give a good tip /...

“Arrivata alle 13 la camera non era pronta. L’addetta mi comunica che mi manderà un messaggio per avvisare quando la stanza è pronta. Messaggio mai arrivato. Faccio presente al manager che non fa alcun gesto… anzi… da la colpa a noi che avremmo dovuto accertarci se la camera fosse pronta. Niente scuse, niente risarcimento. Nulla di nulla. In camera lavandino non scarica e abat-jour non funziona ”

“Staff was apathetic, always on their cell phones. Room had trash on ac from previous guest. Payed for upgraded room, that just ment a room on a higher floor. Valet parking only for $48. No self parking.”
