Concierge Carlos was very accommodating —helped with everything from dinner reservations to finding care for my daughters when they got sick, and was available 24/7. Domingo at the bar was the bomb—great drinks and energy. The entertainment was top-notch and professional. I felt very safe the entire time and well taken care of. Would go back!!

La habitación inicial que me habían dado tenía ruido, mal olor y pésima vista hacía una nueva construcción; pero muy amablemente me cambiaron a una vista jardín que era la contratada. Por lo demás la comida es rica, los tragos de buena calidad, el servicio es bueno y las instalaciones son hermosas.”

“Over all, this was a great trip! The food was amazing at the Steakhouse, Pez Dama, Italian Restaurant and so much more! The steaks could be better. Other than the food, the room was disappointing. We booked a rooftop room with a jacuzzi tub on the roof top, and a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom upstairs. Both tubs took well over an hour and a half to full, and there was no hot water!!! The shower in the bathroom on the first floor was the only bathroom/source of hot water!
