“We spent 5 nights here with our San Diego kids and grandkids for a family getaway prior to school starting. There were 9 of us in total, and there was plenty of room for everyone. Beautiful home, very open, bright and nicely furnished and decorated. There were plenty of kitchen amenities, beach towels and bath towels. Kids really enjoyed all the bikes, boogie boards, and location practically on the beach. Erin was quick to answer any questions, and everything was a breeze.”

Ocean views abound and there are multiple balconies and sitting areas to enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean.the rooftop deck is the thing that pushes this house over the endure and makes it truly a one-of-a-kind. Top of the world! Bedding was also super comfy and there are extra blankets for cuddling up outside. We will definitely be back!”

“We love our annual beach trip to the Perfect Beach House! The house is always so clean and the area is perfect! They are welcoming to fur-babies! The patio is always the place to hangout, bbq, play board games and enjoy the boardwalk/ocean. The Property Manager, Katie, is always the best host, she’s friendly and promptly responds to any questions. We highly recommend this home for your next getaway!”

“The parking was the only challenge we faced on our vacation. There are limited spots, but once you find one, keep it. Other than that this was the best San Diego visit me and my wife have ever had, it’s a perfect central spot, with all kinds of restaurants and coffee/breakfast places within a short walking distance. The spot was a perfect size for a couple and the couch was soooooo comfy, great spot to come back to and relax after being at the beach all day. Will definitely come back.”
