“The hotel is starting to show wear. The only time our room was tended/towels changes/trash taken was 5 days into our stay. The water in coffee had a foul taste, which was unfortunate. The front desk was pleasant. I’ll look at other hotels next time.”

“Customer service was completely lacking for the entire day of check in. I arrived at 11am and asked if checking in early was a possibility. I also offered to pay extra if I needed to since I had a scheduled event to get to. The gentleman declined and said “it’s too early, you have to wait until 3.” I was inconvenienced by this but I was ok with it since it’s the rules. I then asked him if I could drop my bag off at the very least. He said “yeah, lay it on the couch in the lobby.” I was...

“It was great. The room was clean. The staff worked hard for all the guests. Parking was fine.”

“My train was delayed and I called the hotel to confirm that I am still coming and wanted my reservation kept (I called the hotel twice to confirm). On arrival I am told that my reservation was canceled and that there was no room as they resold my reservation. I will never spend another penny with Quality.”

“I stayed at this property last year en route back east after spending the winter in CO. When I was woken up early in the morning by chipping birds I remembered why I didnt ever want to stay here again. Come on propert owners - get rid of the birds and the garbage that needs to be brought to the dump! And please buy new Bed covers. The ones on the bed I slept in must have been used the past 10* years. It was disgusting. Sorry for this review but you have to know you need to step your game up!”
