“Food was horrible for breakfast, dirt in ice cube trays, little to none soap in shower, ”

“The hotel itself wasn’t dirty. The staff was awesome.. just can use more smell goods in the hallway and better cleaning services the hallways were filthy the carpet in the room when you took your socks off felt oily and greasy maybe a deep carpet clean ”

“We were greeted by a man in bare feet at check in. The elevator did not work, pool closed, work out room closed. Our room on the third floor had zero sound proofing - door between rooms so we could hear everything! The whole third floor smelled like weed. Carpets in common areas and stairs were filthy. ”

“It wasn’t clean. The staff had a nasty attitude, and they had the nerve to ask for a deposit. I wouldn’t recommend my worse enemy to stay there.”

“There was a massive crack in the window No room service came through the whole week The room smelled like cigarettes The bed sounded like there was a thin metal sheet under the mattress that made very loud warping sounds The heater did not work in the room”

“The room was great, except the shower was only one temperature, hot! Very hard to shower. ”

“Well first dogs barking in the hall for about 5 minutes at 1am. Then there fire alarm was glitching and beeping at 645a. Then leaf blowers going blowing the snow. Made for a rough time sleeping. Staff was great though and very kind. Lady at the counter was from another hotel. Veey kind and helpful though.”
