“The fire alarm went off 5 times between 9:30pm and 1am. Finally the fire department took the system out of use. No compensation at all”

“Definitely worked for a night stay enroute to Chicago. Simple, inexpensive and clean. Kind and friendly staff.”

“The facility looked to be well-maintained. Interaction with the staff was very professional and everyone acknowledged me even as I was walking by. I’m figuring that all the windows on my side of the building did not have room darkening curtains. I was in room #310. Darkened curtains would be nice. Need to add some different selections of food such as biscuits and sausage gravy. What was there was tasty.”

“Everything was perfect. Breakfast was hot and delicious they have a golf simulator on the premises and the surrounding area has lots of things to do. Staff was very welcoming. Rooms are spacious.”

“I booked for King bed but they gave me two queen bed. When i asked front desk they said they cannot do anything. I was walking around the premises in late evening, some cop detained me suspecting someone else and despite knowing I’m staying in the hotel, they didn’t intervene. When cops let me go because they couldn’t associate me to whatever investigation they were doing, i approached front desk and the guy said sorry. This is very embarrassing and first time ever experience for me.”

“Breakfast is typical buffet. Eggs, sausage, pancakes, some fruit. The property is well kept. The pool was closed for renovation and should be open by now but it is still closed. Shower lacks umph. Full hot is not quite hot enough. Beds are comfortable. Garbage truck loads just outside at 5:30 am, no alarm needed. Stayed for a week and will stay again.”

“Check in process was smooth and efficient rooms and hotel building was clean. Downside is housekeeping coming into room unannounced for a room clean . Overall hotel i nice to stay and close to a lot in the area”

“I had a very pleasant stay at Comfort Inn in Schererville. The owner is young and welcoming, and the staff from the front desk to housekeeping were all excellent. The hotel is clean and in a convenient location near restaurants and cafés. One area for improvement: the in-room safes in our rooms were not working, and the coffee machine was dripping hot water. Overall, a nice hotel, and I would definitely stay here again.”

“My stay was well and peaceful. The property was clean staff was very nice, parking was perfect. I stayed for four nights I only had one request that was not fulfilled. My room was not cleaned in which an employee told me that since it was a holiday I might not receive cleaning of the room. There is signage stating that your cleaning is every other day however, when the original day that we were supposed to have cleaning,housekeeping came, but, my fiancé and I were still asleep.”
