“I was shocked to find dirty sheets on the bed.When I called reception they offered me a new room which I refused because it would have involved getting dressed, packing and moving at midnight. I asked them to change the sheets and receptionist said they were not responsible for room cleanliness. I reminded them that during a pandemic it particularly irresponsible to ignore basic hygenic protocols. “Would NEVER stay here again! The shower had hair still in it from whoever stayed in the room before me. I payed for early check in thinking I would be able to relax and enjoy my stay and that didn’t happen. 2 different birthday parties where going on at the same time!
