This is the main floor of a traditional two-apartment townhouse. Upon entry, you’ll walk into a small shared porch area with two private doors — your unit is on the left, secured with an electronic lock for your privacy. Inside, the space is thoughtfully furnished with comfort in mind:

🔑 Guest Access

Self check-in with smart locks makes arrival easy. You`ll receive two unique codes, one for the shared front entry and one for your own apartment door on the left side of the porch. The upstairs apartment is entered through the door on the right, so the porch is the only space shared between the two units. A parking pass for on-street parking will be waiting for you on the coat rack inside. Guests enjoy access to the whole apartment and the backyard.

Please Note:

Accessibility: The entire property is on the ground floor. There is one step up to the front door, and five steps off the back deck down to the yard. This is an older townhouse, so the bathroom, hallway and doorways are on the narrower side.

To help ensure a smooth and worry-free stay, a fully refundable damage-deposit hold of $250 may be placed on your card shortly after arrival. This is only a pre-authorization (not a charge), and it’s automatically released within 5 business days of checkout, as long as everything is left in good shape, which is almost always the case. In the rare situation where something is damaged, only the actual cost of the damage would be deducted from the hold, and nothing more.

For cancellations, please be aware that once a cancellation request has been made, a 4% processing fee incurred during the booking of your stay will be deducted from the refund issued.
