“The rooms were clean and it was convenient to our destination. However, the hall way carpet was heavily stained and buckled from water damage and the hallway smelled like cigarette smoke. There were no convenient outlets in the rooms with only one by the bed that didn’t work. A 12 oz black coffee cost $5.50 and breakfast option was limited to buffet or sit down. I will definitely look for other options in Saint Paul.”

“This is a great place! The host was helpful and responded to questions quickly. He was able to provide a spot to secure our bicycles. The breakfast was 10/10! We loved our room and the bathtub. This was a perfect stay. Lovely neighborhood with many food choices in walking distance. Can’t wait to return!”

“Super easy to reach our host with any questions. She had excellent recommendations for restaurants and shopping. So many good options nearby - Grand Ave. has lots of fine shops. Breadsmith and the cheese shop and the coffee shop by it were our favorites.Excellent sound insulation in the house. We really enjoyed the decor, especially the pictures. It was fun to find a few china items in the kitchen, which was well stocked with necessary items. Thanks for the treats, too!Highly recommend.”

“I chose this location because it is pet friendly. I understood that this wasn't a five star chain or location. The first issue - the headboard on the wall fell off and hit my son while he was asleep. The bed foundation only had three legs, it had been broken and I am assuming the hotel staff put it back together when they made the beds. The biggest issue was the room above us. They must have had three or four children in the room, whose only apparent entertainment was to jump off the bed...

“4th time we have stayed at Stacey's place in the last 4 years. Clean, quiet, super cute and exactly as described. Stacey is very responsive. The location is fantastic, right in the middle of everything, but so quiet of a neighborhood.”

“We needed a last-minute place to stay and work for a few days while Bonfe installed a new combi boiler. The owner was very responsive when we ran into a power and Wi-Fi issue. Very comfortable and spacious bedroom. Large dining room. Multiple areas to work virtually. Near dining. A/C was great on a very hot day!”
