Ville a St. Petersburg

“Nice and clean smelled good everything provided host communicated well and in a timely manner !”

“We stayed at this property during SOF Week and had a fantastic experience. The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for getting to and from the event, and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet, which was a huge plus after long days. The host was responsive, easy to communicate with, and made check‑in and check‑out simple. The space had everything we needed, from reliable Wi‑Fi to a well‑stocked kitchen, and the layout worked great for our team.Overall,...

“Conveniently located villa with lots of vegetation to admire. Short walk to the boardwalk and trail, I was able to see a couple get married right by the water. The pool is shady so the water was actually quite cool for summer despite being only 3.5' deep. Cute kitchen and we made use of the grill. Bathroom is a good size and the place is just enough for 2 people. Things to see within 30 minutes and modern conveniences like stores and coffee are close by. The host was very responsive and had some...

“First, I just want to say I absolutely hope to stay here again and my family and I had a wonderful time! The pool house was amazing and it was so fun to cook dinners out there while watching my children have a good time in the pool or out fishing on the dock. The house is lovely and the double washer and dryer was a game changer. The only thing I’ll add in full transparency is that there were some aspects that were not as pristine as the pictures listed. When we got there the pool was down quite...

“Very nice house with very friendly hosts!”

“For what we were looking for & the price, it was great. Beach was beautiful & quiet. We came at what I would say was the best time of year, after the summer crowds/Labor Day. Amazing sunsets. The unit itself definitely needs updating & repairs need to be made. Refrigerator water & ice maker was not in working order & although they offered to have an appliance repair man come out, who really wants to worry about that while on vacation. The amount of mosquitoes INSIDE the unit at the time of check...

“Absolutely fabulous!! Great location, extremely responsive and friendly hosts, and beautiful home. It was so convenient to have laundry detergent and dish soap readily available as well as plenty of garbage bags. The rooftop was beautiful and the walk to beach can't be beat. ”

“This is the ONE. Stop looking! Location is perfect. Beach front condo at its finest. The beach in front of the condo is not crowded, but you are only a minute drive to John's Pass. The condo is stocked with everything you need. Bringing kids? They have toys and games galore. Even have a pack and play for the baby. We utilized the kitchen for most of our meals. If an issue comes up, the hosts are quick to respond. You're not going to find a better deal on the beach. We will be coming back again! ...
