“The apartment was perfect for our family of six for our stay in NY. The subway was nearby and plenty of places to grab coffee and bagels in the morning. The host was quick to answer any questions. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“The apartment is settled in a wonderful spot, not that busy but still easy to access with subway or bus. It has all the things you need (we even found shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer with diffuser, ...), when we arrived the place was clean and we instantly felt home. The fridge is big, washing machine and drying machine worked perfectly so we used them a few times. The only issue is that the bed is attached to the window so it's hard to open and close them”

Excellent communication - they made it happen quickly and even sent a great video on how to get the key and check in. The place is very clean and updated. New split unit air conditioners in each space so everyone had control over temperature. Plenty of towels and linens and kitchen was stocked with everything needed.
