“Clean and comfortable room. The breakfast in the morning was a plus.”

“For being in a ritzy town and area the hotel has plaster cracking on the outside. Inside the rooms are dated and dingy. Find somewhere else to stay, this hotel is a dump!”

“There were multiple hot tubs, rooms were clean with a good view, and staff were very friendly. The parking was close by. The only thing that was a little awkward was there were stairs involved getting to my room. There’s elevators in the place, but when going further down the highway, it involves stairs.”

“We were only here for one night while we were driving to California, but I wish we could have stayed here for a week. A terrific room in a very hospitable hotel with a great restaurant and lots of nice amenities—and a gorgeous view from our room. If you're lucky enough to go to Vail, this is an excellent choice for a place to stay.”

“room was big cean stylish, and bed was very comfortable. Two problems: Advertised breakfast was abruptly cancelled in the morning after telling us it was available the night before. Parking fee was increased in the morning after quoting us a lower price the night before. Front desk person gave a barely perfunctory apology with not even a tiny comp for either problem. The lack of breakfast made us nearly late for an appointment adding stress and the expense of breakfast in a pricey town”

“The property was gorgeous. Front desk was friendly but needs to spend a little more time explaining the amenities offered like what floor the pool is on and restaurants that are available. They spent more time wondering about my little Maltipoo, if I reported that I needed a dog friendly room in advance. So if you plan on bringing a pooch be sure to let them know in advance. Other than that it is definitely a princess environment with a classy old world feel. I’m glad my husband picked it...
