“The room was very clean and the customer service was top notch”

“Room was spotless Had good bathroom with mid tise toilet stool. Front desk staff were courteous and helpfull. 2 floors with no elevator was a concern, but I was placed on 1st.floor. ”

“The only complaint I have is that I reserved an "accessible" room with a queen bed. When I arrived, all the rooms were either upstairs or downstairs, there was no actual ground floor, and thus no room was fully ADA accessible. Luckily, I can navigate stairs with my disability, it's just painful. But someone who was wheelchair bound would have needed a refund due to the inaccurate listing.”
