“This hotel is great. Very roomy. Comfy bed. We walked to the cute downtown area for dinner.”

“Rooms are very clean, staff is always helpful, Deliscia at the bar is ALWAYS a pleasure to see, she is a wonderful person with a great personality. I stay at this Holiday Inn every time I am in Cedar Falls. The only complaint I have is that this hotel should offer FREE breakfast especially considering the room rates, I have stayed at other hotels around the country that were just as nice that offer complimentary breakfast with your stay and they were better breakfasts than what you charge for at...

“The room was clean and inviting. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Convenient location. Close to an Aldi’s.”

“It felt unsafe there. We stayed one of 2 nights and checked out at 6am. Asked for refund and he said I had to do it online. (After I finally figured out what he even said). No shower curtain, air did not work. It stunk and bathroom looked dirty and stained.. no pool even though it said there was one. The nice thing was there were plenty of restaurants and stuff around there. Will not recommend”

“The room itself was very nice and clean. Some aspects of the hotel are dated and need work. There is remodeling being done so this was not unusual. The work done in the rooms is good.”

“Our room was smokeless but it still smelt like smoke… the Fridge wasn’t fully cleaned… & the cabinets were a bit old & bear up. But I felt safe since they lock the front doors at 8pm. The staff was welcoming, which is so nice with a late check in (10pm). It worked for what we needed.”
