“It was a nice hotel. Parts were being renovated and unusable. Things to improve on would be the keys. They didn't work very well. Also some people like to let the clerk know when they leave. When I want to check out no clerk was found. ”

“It was a decent place for an over night stay. They only have a Nescafé coffee machine that you have to wait in line for. It wasn’t working right so we should have used the small one in our room. It would make a lot of people happy if they had regular coffee carafes like every other hotel. ”

“The pool was "broken". The sheets and towels were stained. The room and bathroom needed to be painted because of all the spots of ??? on the walls. The breakfast was a joke! No juice, 2 pieces of sausage, milk was watered down. I would never stay there again.”

“We stayed at the Shelby Inn overnight Easter Sunday night, after a day of fishing at the lake spillway. The Inn looks to be a mansion in pictures, but it is also what might have been an upgraded 1950s single floor motor lodge, as well as a two story lodging building next door. Our king room was in the 2 story building, on the top floor. On the day of our arrival, we got the assigned room number and an access code for the door.
