“Was a great stay”

“The room was clean and the staff very helpful.”

“Clean quiet comfortable room. The bed was comfortable as well. I didn’t eat breakfast there. Breakfast was served at the meeting I attended that morning Amenities were average, acceptable but average. I never appreciate finding out there is a damage deposit amount that is not disclosed prior to booking ”

“Hotel was under construction so lobby and hallways blocked with ladders and debris. Front desk staff was absent and had to be found by construction staff to even check in. Improper check in by clerk had staff walk in to room unannounced to “check if someone was in the room.” Resulted in having keys reprogrammed 3 times.”

“Pool was unavailabe. Never found anyone at the desk, had to ring a doorbell and wait. Bsthtub was clean, but corroded. ”

“My credit card was charged despite prepaying. In reviewing the folio emailed to me after checkout, they charged taxes which were already paid and documented as such on my initial booking receipt. There were no incidentals charged to the room, just a billing error on their part. When I contacted the property to resolve the overpayment/double charge, I was told they had a new system and the issue would need to be escalated to the manager.
