“The staff were pleasant. The hotel was dirty. When I got there and walked up the stairway to get to my room it looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. Going down the stairs the door handle leading to the next floor was not working I could not get out. I walked out a different door to the outside and walked around the exterior of the hotel to get to my car. I came back in didn’t say anything as there wasn’t anyone right at the desk at that moment. “Room is clean and is upgraded in the last couple of years with new bedding and towels. Breakfast is adequate but not remarkable. Staff at the desk is friendly. Plenty of parking right outside the room and is very safe. Will definitely stay again as the opportunity arises. ”
