“The room was filthy. You could see no hoovering was done and they had cleaned the floors with dirty water. My shoes sticked to the floor!! There were cobwebs everywhere. In the sink, so tiny you couldn't even wash your hands, there was a hair and also it was blocked up.
The receptionist kindly did her best to give it a clean again after I complained. I went to buy some antibacterial wet wipes to clean at least the bathroom. We wanted to leave, but they told us they couldn't refund us because...

"Very basic hotel, requiring refurbishment. The main problem: they offer brekfast using a Gym structure 50-100m away out of the parking. This structure is not suitable for food and the breakfast is very poor and NOT cheap. Apart from this, there is no agreement with the hotel and you have to sign a book each time you enter. Sure I'll NOT came back."
