“I was genuinely disappointed with my stay at Hard Rock Los Cabos. Based on the Hard Rock brand, I expected a much higher standard. The food was consistently well below average, especially compared with other all-inclusive resorts I’ve visited. A number of the advertised amenities were also unavailable during our stay, including bars and restaurants, which significantly reduced the overall experience. The resort itself feels tired and in need of refurbishment. There were numerous signs of wear...

“The resort was absolutely lovely. The staff was very pleasant. We got to know one waiter in particular, Rodrigo. He looked out for us, bringing waters to make sure we were hydrated, checking on us often. The resort did forget our amenity and it was too late to get it when we asked for it so be sure to ask the first day if it’s not there.”

“Room was clean and and staff amazing. Property grounds well maintained also . The waiters and concierge go well out there to please the customer. The nightly entertainment could of been better if they had a theater like with bar . One other thing we did notice was the steak restaurant we did go twice for length of stay but would be better for all tourists if was giving all the time or option there as the staff there are incredible also and food was excellent also”

“Spiaggia chiusa per pericolo sanitario. Bella piscina. Buon Wi-Fi. Cibo vario. Buon servizio di spiaggia e bordo piscina, anche service room. Pulito. Manca locale chiuso ( bar) per ascoltare musica, giocare a carte o semplicemente bere qualcosa in compagnia. Ha piovuto e per andare al ristorante ci siamo bagnati. Non è attrezzato per giorni di pioggia. Un vantaggio è che si può usufruire dei 3 hotel della catena ”
