Castelli a Suroeste de Wisconsin

“Our check in process was problematic, finally got to our room and our RV didn’t work. Woke up in the morning to shower, shower had black mold and the shower didn’t work”

“Staff at check in was rude and seemed like we were an inconvenience. Breakfast staff not helpful and rude. Pretty sure they need customer service training. Check out was polite but was unsure about questions I asked. Sad part we have stayed in the past with a great experience.”

“Gave us that was still occupied even though it wasn't supposed to be. Suite was nice but only the TV in bedroom worked. Bathroom was small made for 1 person no counterpart as it was for their fancy above the counter sink. Without a little luck could not adjust temp of the room. These things made it difficult to relax and sleep.”

“Close to the main road but also away from the busyness of the dells.”

“New hotel, affordable”

“We stay here twice a year. Walkable to downtown, georgeous views and friendly staff, plus a variety of room sizes available to accommodate our needs.”

“Hotel pulito”

“Outstanding staff and housekeeping”
