“The room and facilities were normal. The breakfast was the most tasteless, aroma-free "food" I have ever encountered. Absolutely no flavor and no good smell wafting into the hallway. Felt like I missed my mouth, there was so little enjoyment. All the bedding nowadays is polyester, so I bring my own sheets and pillow.”

“The front desk staff was excellent. She was very helpful. Our problem was with the carpet in our room. It was beyond dirty, too dirty to walk around in our stocking feet. It ruined my socks. There were also shower fixtures in the room and at the pool that needed to be attached properly to the wall. This location was great but the property needs major work.”

“Staff were all very helpful, proving me with utensils when our delivery order didn't provide them, and allowed me to stay an extra hour after check out. Granted it was a Tuesday, and not a weekend, so I am not sure that option is always available. Rooms a little aged, and needed a little more lighting. I used the fitness room, but there was no cleaning supplies for when done. I left a mat out to show it was used to see if it would be cleaned and put away, and it was still out the following day....

We could tell he had a very challenging customer on the phone and was staying calm and answered her questions in a pleasant and professional way. Our room was ok.
