“When we arrived we were greeted nicely and attended well. The room we got was amazing with a nice view of the city. Sadly our experience did not end well and will make us think twice of going there. I had my period the night before we left and when they sent someone to inspect the room they literally grabbed the bed sheet and went to the front desk and showed them the blood stain IN FRONT OF ALL THE GUEST WAITING TO BE ATTENDED! “So for my first time in Bangkok by myself solo trip this was a great way to enter the city. The pool was clean and the guest were very friendly and amazing to hang out with everyone was open and had excellent communication with people that I now hold dear 711 is directly across the street which is wonderful also across the street is fresh fruit smoothies for about a dollar USD, which is also incredible. "Mandarin Hotel is perfectly located in BKK downtown, close to MRT and in a strategic position to go everywhere in the city. Room large and very well equiped, all facilites of a 4 star available and top service by the personel. Fantastic Breakfast buffet. Highly recommended. Will come back if visiting BKK again. "

"Only one llittle issue to mention. Twice we had troubles in getting our room cleaned. Cleaning staff works very hard, but they are obviously not enough. Our last night at the Hotel the cleaners came to clean the room at 5.10 pm, and we had to send them away , as we had spent the whole day on the beach and were tired and in need of rest.The problem lies not with the staff, but with whoever is managing the Hotel. For the price Marriott charge clients I would expect better organization."

Si trova su una via piena di locali e ristoranti quindi la sua posizione è il suo punto di forza. Il pavimento della camera tuttavia non è stato pulito adeguatamente durante la nostra permanenza"
