“Check-in wasn’t great, the guy wasn’t super friendly and definitely not knowledgeable of the area. The rooms and hotel was clean and nice so no issues there. Valet was CRAZY expensive and they charged for internet plus and extra $45-$50 in “service” fees on checkout. ”

La connessione Wi-Fi ha smesso di funzionare poche ore dopo il mio arrivo il Lunedì ed è stata ripristinata solo giovedì. “We celebrated my husband’s birthday at the Joule. The room was nice and spacious. It was located near many restaurants that were in walking distance. We had an issue with parking. We had to circle the hotel several times for valet parking. We were considering parking in one of the parking garages but we didn’t know which garage was for the hotel. Would we stay here again? Yes but we would park in one of the parking garages instead.”
