“Check in was smooth and easy and room was very clean. There was unfortunately no internet and TV access which was kind of a bummer.”

“Dead bolt did not work at all, swing lock was broken off, and there was no do not disturb sign. Almost as if the staff wants to be able to walk in on you, which they tried to do every morning. Very very frustrating and not at all okay. Breakfast was very poor and was not restocked often, but the waffle machine worked so was the only thing we took advantage of.”

“Hilton recently took over this property; it used to be a Red Roof Inn. It's still old but freshened up with new paint and the hotel and the room were clean. There is no elevator so we took the 1st floor and ended up with someone above us stomping all night so that was unfortunate but not the hotels fault. Breakfast is pleasant but limited.”

“The price was pretty awesome, which I think it was because they were remodeling. I’ve never heard of Kozy, but the hotel was clean and stylishly decorated. The room was pleasant and neat, with everything functional. My family and I had a last minute trip visiting places around the DFW area, and it was a great location in between. Breakfast was included and I loved the variety of food available. The staff were very friendly. The place felt comfortable and couthy. I would definitely be booking...

“Quiet. Shower was complex and first ataff did not know how to use it. Found 2 broken ear rings on the floor next to the bed.”

“The person who checked me in was very friendly and the room was beyond expectations. Everything was brand new and very comfortable. We walked to the event we attended at the civic center and the surroundings felt very safe. Best hotel I have stayed in and the price was very reasonable...great breakfast, kid friendly and was the best part of our trip! Beautiful place and great people...thank you for your hospitality!”
