The sheets didn't look clean, there was only 1 thin towel in the bathroom with a tiny soap bar for amenities. They did give us more cheap towels & soap when we asked. The toilet bowl had a ring inside - looks like it wasn't cleaned in weeks. We had to sanitize everything before we could touch anything. “Outside property has not been well maintained. Ice machine on main floor was not operational, no details about gym as advertised, disappointed that restaurant was closed. Room was excellent. Beds comfortable, TV, coffee maker, fridge and microwave great.”

“The room was recently renovated and clean. The staff is friendly and the grab and go breakfast is good. The location is central. The hotel is currently under renovation so one of the elevators is being used by the crew during working hours and there is construction noise and work going on during the day. Although the central location makes it fairly easy to go places. The hotel is located on Dundas Street downtown and directly next door is a Hope House which poses issues especially after dark...

“The ions were beautifully done and clean. The atrium with pool was beautiful especially when they opened the top and you could lay back in the pool and watch the clouds go by. Staff were always helpful.”
