The group before us were not respectful to the home which resulted in a damaged laundry machine, but the host made sure we had appropriate accommodations and made sure everything was still a very smooth and enjoyable stay. ”

“This is an outstanding property! Check-in was a breeze and we had a welcome letter telling us of the history of the lodge. The lodge has everything you would expect of a log cabin in the woods - huge comfortable furniture, beautiful fireplaces, very comfortable beds --- PLUS this is sprawling. There was more than enough for our family group. On several nights, with windows open (yes they are screened) several in our group heard owls hooting and attests to the remoteness of the place. “A very clean, well equipped and comfortable condo. We were in the area for a wedding and enjoyed our stay. The private balcony overlooking the lake was a nice amenity as was the hot tub which was clean and well maintained. Easy walk to a nice hiking trail, shop for necessities and bar/restaurant. A family with small kids was staying below and they appreciated the short walk to a park with a playground as well ”
