“The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It’s a newer hotel so it is updated nicely. We have virtual options for check-in. I did have an issue getting into the lobby on one of the nights, but I was able to connect with customer service and they were able to unlock it virtually.”

“Air conditioning was very noisy and blew the curtains directly above open creating privacy issues as I was on the first floor. There was no guide for the television and remote was clunky. The shower was difficult to adjust to a comfortable temperature. The parking lot was small and was flooded when I checked in which left the small lot even more crowded.”

“This was the grossest room I’ve ever stayed in. I wasn’t obviously expecting the Ritz, but I was expecting some level of cleanliness. There was dried pee on the toilet seat, hair inside the toilet bowl, the walls had grease marks all over. The room also reeked of cigarettes. Spiders in the corner and the sink faucet was broken.
