“Staff seems un-trained to handle guests. Otherwise things were ok”

“Initially after a pre selected checkin time I was told my room wasnt ready with not eta for when it was going to be ready. The manager took full accountability and provided me with compensation. I really appreciated his professionalism. The resort itself is quite nice with lots to do and the staff are polite. Only minor thing is that it needs a bit of a refreshing for paint, wallpaper etc”

“Had a suite with a bedroom and 2 bathrooms. The bed was very comfortable and there was a hide a bed for additionals sleeping. Food was good at the Eladrado next door. ”
