“It looks like the hotel has recently been updated. The staff was friendly. We had a nice room with a good spot to sit outside. The restaurant breakfast was a nice surprise!”

“Really enjoyed our 4 nights here. The only thing is that housekeeping forgot to clean our room on the second night, but other than that, we had zero issues!”

“Room was late for check in. Floors were dirty, bathroom not cleaned. Notified front desk and a cleaner was sent back. I asked the cleaner to mop the floors but when we returned, floors were still dirty. (Wiped floor with a wet paper towel and it was black) Room was in desperate need of repairs. Cupboards and doors had peeling paint ect. Breakfast was good as well as the outdoor pool. Location is good but will definitely choose another place to stay the next time we travel to Penticton.”
