“The staff were very polite and welcoming. Yet overall this was a disappointing stay. Best described as staying in a clean dreary dormitory room with a noisy fridge. Coffee and tea was available in the hallway next to the guest rooms. We did not have the breakfast. I found the cost of the stay disproportionately & surprisingly high given the poorer quality of the guest room, amenities in comparison to other wine/farm stay I enjoyed in the area . “I had a great stay overall — the motel was clean, quiet, and well‑kept, with friendly staff and solid value for the price. The rooms were on the smaller side and the bed felt a bit cramped for two people; a different room layout might make the space feel more comfortable. Aside from that, everything worked well and the stay was genuinely pleasant. The outdoor BBQ and table were a great bonus and made the space feel welcoming. I’d happily return for a short visit.”

“Steve was a gracious host. The property is lovely. The rooms are large and attractively furnished with all the amenities one could want. We had breakfast on the balcony which had a lovely view. Steve was a chef in a former life and it showed in the quality of the breakfast which was both beautifully presented and delicious. We will definitely recommend this establishment to our friends.”
