Hotel a Thorn Hill

“Stayed 2 nights and it was very comfortable stay. Bed was very comfortable and I slept well. The location is close to restaurants and gas stations. The hotel breakfast was very good too. The scrambled eggs and sausage were the best I've had at hotel breakfasts. Also waffles and assorted other items. Staff was friendly. Felt like a safe area.”

“The room was dated but clean and had every convenience. The bed was comfortable, there were several TV channels to choose from, a nice refrigerator and microwave and even an ironing board and iron. Patrick was very friendly and accommodating and I’ll stay there again next trip. ”

“Our room was not cleaned from the day before. Dirty bed and garbage. Ice cream container on the night stand. Made a nasty sticky mess”

“Yes had bad night was a very loud place due to traffic and ppl who had a room had party all night we both left woren out maybe should put ppl in diffrent areas due to all this stuff ”

“We had a wonderful stay at The Lodge at Old City Hall. The room was beautifully appointed and very comfortable, with thoughtful details throughout. We especially enjoyed the historical touches that highlighted the building’s past—they added so much character and made the stay feel special. A charming and memorable place to stay in Jefferson City.”

“The hotel is older but has gone a refurbishing. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. The breakfast had plenty of choices. The noise from the trucks on I-81 was slightly bothersome but otherwise a good place to stay. ”

“The hotel needs an upgrade, I love Fairfield typically. The shower was very outdated and was hard to operate. The walls throughout the hotel and doors were very runned down. The breakfast was not great compared to what they typically have and the pool was closed! Without any warning. Also trains go by all night woke up at 11am 4am and 6 because of it not sure they can help that but wouldn't stay here again. Also smelled of weed on the first floor by the elevators. For $200 a night it's shameful...

“Staff were very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Eggs, sausage and bacon, biscuits n gravy, scones, delicious coffee with creamers, yogurt, waffles, and toast. I will stay here again for sure. ”

“We enjoyed this cozy bed and breakfast. It's a great location - so beautiful! The staff was amazing - we had a meeting at LMU and were missing breakfast. So they packed us a breakfast and put it in the common area refrigerator for us to grab in the morning. It was also handy to fill our cups with ice water. ”
