“Good room for the price”

“Very pleasant older motel. Family owned and operated. Super comfortable bed. ”

“No soap. Dispenser out. Room was clean. Bed lamp did not work.”

“The staff was great but the room was okay. But the bathroom was pretty gross. I’m pretty sure there was dried poop on the wall and the coffee machine was gross also. ”

“The pool area was nice, although the hot tub looked dirty. It was a busy weekend though. I was disappointed when we arrived at 2:30 in the afternoon, and if we wanted to check in before 3 they were going to charge us $25. They told us the room was ready and waiting for us, but if we wanted to enter it 30 minutes early it would cost us. I think that is ridiculous.”

“We stayed here for my son’s baseball tournament and had a pretty mixed experience. Parking was a plus, plenty of space and easy access. Location was also great, about five minutes from anywhere in Ellensburg, which made getting around really convenient. Check-in didn’t start great. There were signs on the counter saying the pool was closed for the season and the fitness room was under remodel. The pool was a big reason we booked through Expedia, especially with four kids under 11, so that was...

“Breakfast had a lot of options! We were running late and came down around closing time, they had cleaned things up but still had everything availabile and warm and no one rushed us out. Alexis and Zach were our front desk staff during our stay and honestly was the best customer service experience I've had in a long time. Thanks for a great stay!”

“An amazing concept! Kiosk that gives your room key, but staff to help if you need. Clean , quiet, and very nice rooms!”

“Area was beautiful. Our mattress, comforter and pillows were all lumpy and uncomfortable. Food and drinks were insanely high. One white russian $22 before the tip. Price gauging ruins any trip yet people must pay it. Check-in at 4 pm is really late. We travel often and it’s never been so late. Overall it was disappointing. ”
