“We went there in part because of the spa, but it wasn't working while we were there, and the staff made no effort to address it or even apologize. Expected them to still be working out the kinks given that it is a new property, but customer service could have been stronger.”

“The room was musty and the carpet was old and made me not want to take my shoes off. I’m mildly allergic to dust and mold and I was stuffed up after an hour. We tried the AC and it was very loud, so we turned it off and left a window open (only one was able to stay open). Otherwise the rest was fine, just needs major updating.”
