“This was a perfect, cozy spot for us to spend our baby moon. We were greeted by a beautiful view on the top floor of the beach and spent plenty of time on the outside patio areas taking in the views of the ocean and dolphins daily! We were thrilled with how convenient the location was to beach access (seconds away) which allowed us to freely go back and forth to the house. There were plenty of beach chairs and towels provided which lightened our load with packing, and we often used the outdoor...

“We stayed here for a family vacation and had a wonderful time! The house is a very short walk to the beach and there was everything we needed to keep everyone entertained and comfortable. When we arrived, the previous renters had left a few things undone, but after contacting Jessica everything was put to rights immediately. Jessica and her husband were very responsive and were invested in making sure we had a great stay. There are lots of restaurants and other great things to do in Surf City...

“Lori is an amazing host! My family and I truly enjoyed this beautiful beach house. It looks exactly like the pictures—spotless from top to bottom. Lori was fantastic throughout the entire process, from booking to check-out.The house has everything you and your family could need and more, including a fully stocked kitchen, board games, fresh linens, dish soap, plenty of counter space for meal prep, and even beach gear. The neighborhood is safe and absolutely gorgeous, and just a 10-minute drive...

“We discovered on Christmas Eve that our daughter’s airline flights were delayed to the point she would miss her connection home. So I immediately found this property for us to meet her and spend some time together. It came together so easy and the property is phenomenal.l would like to go back when we can fully use the property. And a bottle of wine to enjoy on Christmas Day when we couldn’t find any to buy was a total bonus !!! Love this and will return. ”
