“People on the dayshift and afternoon shift were absolutely wonderful Norma and Kevin And help me out with anything that I needed. The Bigger Lady and I apologize about how I’m describing the woman but I do not know her name that does night audit and the Elderly lady were sitting down having breakfast at one of the tables while the customers were having breakfast. They ended up locking the milk cooler on another customer and said it was because of homeless coming into the hotel. I have worked for...

“I would give the rating for staff 1 star and the total rating 3 stars because of the agent on duty January 15 at 4pm. She was very rude to me and then later to my spouse. The following morning I talked with the manager, who was very nice and apologized. She said that she will speak with that person. We think that the agent is not a good representative for the hotel and she should not be there. So for that reason I gave 5 stars for everything.”
